Employee KPIs roll up into a Department Balanced Scorecard and department-manager KPIs into a Plant Balanced Scorecard that everyone can read. Enter as any of five roles from the persona picker (no password needed) - Employee, Department Manager, Plant Manager, QMS Responsible or Administrator - and see genuinely different capabilities: read is broad and transparent, while writing values, authoring annual plans and maintaining process documentation are responsibility-based.
