A factory KPI-management and Balanced-Scorecard demo. Every employee is accountable for five yearly KPIs; they enter monthly values, and the app computes each KPI's traffic-light status (step-up or step-down, with a configurable yellow tolerance) and a weighted achievement score. Managers assign the five-KPI annual plans and validate them (exactly five KPIs, weights totalling 100%); the app rolls everything up into department and plant Balanced Scorecards grouped by category, showing each shared KPI once with all its owners. Employees run a monthly KPI presentation and complete their review; value-compliance and review-compliance reports show what is missing or overdue, and improvement actions can be raised against any KPI and assigned across departments. A Business-System area documents the four core processes with turtle diagrams and RACI. What it does

• Sign in as any of five roles (Employee, Department Manager, Plant Manager, QMS Responsible, Administrator) from the persona picker
• Open a KPI, add a monthly value, and watch its traffic-light and achievement recalculate against the target that applied at the time
• Build an employee's five-KPI annual plan and validate it into Active (exactly five KPIs, weights = 100%)
• Read department and plant Balanced Scorecards, grouped by BSC category, each KPI shown once with its owners
• Run the monthly KPI presentation, step through your KPIs, and complete the review
• Browse the Business-System processes with their turtle diagrams, RACI and process KPIs
