Factory KPIs
Sign in as a plant manager, set someone's targets for the year, then sign in as them and see what they can and cannot change.
A working KPI and balanced-scorecard system for a manufacturing plant. Managers define what is measured and how it behaves, assign each employee the KPIs they are accountable for over a year, and review results month by month with traffic-light status against target. The demo opens on a persona picker rather than a login form. Each role - Employee, Department Manager, Plant Manager, QMS Responsible, Administrator - is a real account with only the permissions that role should hold, so the quickest way to understand the model is to do something as a manager and then try the same thing as an employee. It is seeded with a full year of values, improvement actions at several stages and completed monthly reviews, so every screen has something in it. There is an AI assistant inside the application that answers questions about what you are looking at.
